The hotel is situated in a safe neighbourhood, close to the SouthRailway station. It's easy to get around using the nearby metro. the breakfast is reportedly great with plenty of options. Rooms are spacious with good views.
One staff member had communication issues, which led to dissatisfaction with membership and credit requests.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by how close it was to the subway station, making it convenient to get around this city. Additionally, the location was perfect because it was situated outside the city center, making it a quiet and peaceful place to stay. I also appreciated having a supermarket nearby, which made it easy for me to purchase any necessities I needed. Lastly, the hotel staff was excellent; they were well-trained, friendly, and spoke good English.
Everything was fantastic.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the heart of the city. Loved the warm and cozy atmosphere in the lobby. The staff were hospitable and attentive. Conveniently located next to a mall, with tasty restaurants, and easy transportation. The room was a delight, with a spacious bathroom and a plush bed. The free Wi-Fi was really fast and the breakfast buffet had everything i needed.
The gym was closed for maintenance during my stay. Despite its location, it would be great to have more local recommendations from the staff to explore the area.

Had a fantastic Xmas stay! Loved the cozy ambiance and great food options. the room was clean and modern, with a lovely bathtub and a coffee maker. the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. the staff went above and beyond to deliver excellent service.
I was overall pleased with my experience at this hotel and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

the room had exclusive amenities and was spacious and clean. the Spa & wellness centre and Sauna helped us relax after a long day of business meetings. the Restaurant had a wide selection of delicious dishes and the Bar/Lounge area was perfect for socializing.
There was only one minor issue with the location, as it was not very close to shopping areas. the hotel had private facilities that made up for it.
